Katolo is certified through National Strength Professionals Association (NSPA)and National Council for
Certified Personal Trainers (NCCPT), recently adding in certification through American College of Sports Medicine in personal training.

Katolo is also a Les Mills certified instructor in Bodystep, Bodypump and RPM. He has been training and teaching group fitness classes since 2005. Katolo regards fitness as an important part of life, and agrees 100 percent with the quote “Fitness is the beginning of everything people want in life”. He see’s fitness as a lifestyle. His goal is to promote healthy lifestyles with everyone he comes into contact with and to create life changing experiences. His passion is the help individuals reach their full potential and achieve their fitness goals, whatever they may be.

Anne-Marie White

Massage Therapist

Anne-Marie White is a Licensed Advanced Practitioner of Massage Therapy and Respiratory Therapy.  Her training and education were completed through Health Enrichment Center and Muskegon Community College, respectively.  For 20+ years, she is energetic and passionate about sharing knowledge and making a difference in the lives she touches.  She uniquely combines the importance of breathing with her goals in massage to restore and maintain balance among many body systems (body – mind – spirit).  She is a fitness enthusiast and hopes to inspire others through her personal story of injury, recovery, and rehabilitation.  Her experience inspires massage techniques focused on deep tissue, myofascial release, cranial sacral, and joint mobility/stretching.  Come and enjoy the WELLNESS experience….you only have one body to live in, please don’t take it for granted!

Christian Roberts

Personal Trainer, Boxing Instructor, Health Coach

With 18 years of experience, 10 of those working in London, Christian has trained a wide-range of clients, from dancers to MMA fighters. He has been certified with NESTA and specializes in strength and conditioning, weight loss management, lean mass gains, and performance-enhancement training. His clients have included competitors in the London triathalon, professional fighters, dancers with the Royal Ballet, and mothers who want to get their bodies back. His focus is keeping workouts fresh, fun and challenging, while emphasizing the client’s personal fitness goals.  Christian teaches TRX, Boxing, Bootcamp and P90X, while being one of the top “go-to” trainers for 1-1 workouts.
